Day 55 - Wasp attack

January 9 - Pucón, Chile

We woke up and went for a run, working out along the lake.  Evan painted the trim on one side of the small cabin, then also filled in some gaps in the paint on the siding.

This day marked one week we had been staying at the hostal. The hostel consisted of one main house and a smaller cabin next to the main house. The main house had five bedrooms on two floors. Two bedrooms in the main house had their own private bathroom, and there was another shared bathroom on the main floor.

The small cabin had three bedrooms, and one shared bathroom. Two of the bedrooms were private rooms, and the third bedroom upstairs was more of a dorm style room.

The most exciting and unfortunate event of the day was that a wasp stung Chelsea on the forehead.
Evan was asked to paint the roof of the small cabin, however there were tons of wasp nests so instead he sprayed for wasps on the roof.
We made lunch of salad with leftover avocado mixture, and lentils and rice with chicken.
For dinner, we made a simple pasta salad with veggies and cheese.  Delicious.
