Day 76 - Camping among the Cows

January 30 - Campana National Park, Chile

We got on the road to head to another park, on the northwest side of Santiago, so we could be closer to the airport for our flight the next day.  We arrived in Campana National Park, part of the Chilean Coastal Mountain range, a bit later than we had wanted - 1 PM ish, and were rushed for a hike to the top.  This park is where Charles Darwin investigated different species.  We only found species of lizards and cows - this one, trying to drink from the fountain with Evan.  It was super hot and luckily much of the hike was in the shade.

We camped at another entrance of the park that was nearby.  The campsites were lovely, but again, there were lots of cows just walking through the sites.  Since we had setup relatively early, we enjoyed some music, cribbage, reading and writing before making our last camping dinner (we think?) and heading to bed for our last night in the tent (perhaps?).

We woke to moo-ing near our campsite
